Accounting System Set up & Tax Service

Most systems set up starts at $2,500.00 (a retainer fee of $125.00 is required -it will be credited to your final invoice- non reimbursable if you decide not to engage in service with us).
We will set up a multiuser Integrated Accounting System with user friendly interface comprised of at least the following modules(*):
Account Receivables (sales orders, invoices, cash receipts, deposits per individual bank accounts, customer ledger, monthly sales and sales taxes)


Account Payables (purchase orders, purchases, pending to pay invoices, cash disbursement per bank accounts, customer ledgers)


Inventory (Receipt inventory per item, set cost and multiple sales prices, inventory valuation report and tresdhold by item)


Payroll (detailed by department with employer/employee payroll taxes -FICA, FUTA, SUTA, UCT6-, employee ledgers, W2 and 1099, as well). Subject to your selection of software and/or software developer restrictions.


General Ledger (Trial Balance, customizible accounts reports detailed and summarized by periods)


Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit/Loss Statement and Statement of Financial Position).


(*)This basic system set up fee includes the above mentioned modules along with the set up of your initial beginning balances, if provided. Other incidental costs such as: Banks/individual General Ledger account reconciliations and tax adjustments will be assessed upon review of your accounting books and documentation, based on transactions volume.
Upon entering into agreement you will purchase the required software to start the project.


If requested we will get your taxes done professionally (additional fees applies).

Whether it is your personal tax(**) or your business(***) (Sales taxes, Payroll taxes, property tax, etc.) we can help you avoid penalties, late charge fees and interests.

(**)Income Tax preparation for salary employees starts at $100.00 but during the tax season you get a huge discount of $75.00 (add $10.00 for e-Filing).

(***)Business Tax needs quotation as accounting is required to determine net profit/loss.

If you get a penalty as a result of our service we will pay for you. So symple.
