Return Policy

The deal is: a.- If you get a similar item somewhere else, at a price lower than our advertised price, we will match the price and we will give you a $5.00 discount certificate to redeem next time you purchase from us. Proof must be provided.

b.- All items are covered by manufacturer guaranty (unless otherwise specified) and If an item needs to be returned due to defect in workmanship, please, refer to the guaranty documentation and return it to the manufacturer address, as indicated on your product documentation.

c.- All sales on downloadable software are final, no refund will be allowed. (However, if you have an issue we are willing to review your particular case and hopefully we will arrive to a satisfactory solution).

d.- Service Agreement

Although every service offered here is unique, every business has a different need.

We will be binded legally by what the description of every individual service states. However, the nature of your need would enhance this agreement, whether written or verbally.

We will attempt to settle any dispute in direct negotiations.

If unable to reach a satisfactory agreement both party agrees to let this matter be settled by a court of law in the State of Florida, in which event you agree to pay the attorney fees and court costs incurred as a result of our claim.
