In 2001 obtained a MSE (Microsoft System Engineer), a MDBA (Microsoft Data Base Administrator -MS/SQL-), Windows 2000 Track professional certificates from Miami-Dade College, Wolfson Campus, where he took additional courses in Computer Repair (A+) and LAN (CISCO Routers), obtaining a 3.10 GPA.
His preferred accounting software packages are: Quickbooks with POS (Point Of Sales), Peachtree Complete Accounting Plus Time and Billing, Lawson, Mec Tec, Oracle, RDP (Resort Data Processing) and Real World.
